Dr. Zegao Wang

Zegao Wang is a Researcher in Interdisciplinary Nanoscience Center (iNANO), Aarhus University. He obtained his Ph.D degree in 2014 in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China and joined Aarhus University in October 2014. During 2014-now, he worked at the iNANO as a researcher. He has authored/co-authored more than 60 refereed journal papers. His research work has obtained more than 1000 citations with H index of 20. His research interest includes: Two dimensional materials; low temperature transport property; Scanning probe microscopy et al.

Research areas of Dr. Adler Gamzatov are:Experimental study of thermal properties (specific heat, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusion), magnetotransport properties (resistivity, magnetoresistence) and magnetocaloric properties of the new magnetic materials (manganites, multiferroics, Heusler alloys et. al.). -Magnetotransport properties, low-temperature magnetotransport. Influence of grain size on the physical properties of ceramic materials (grain boundary effects). Spin dependent transport. -Phase transitions, critical behavior of the specific heat. The experimental studies (direct and indirect method) of magnetocaloric properties.

Dr.Nouredine OUARAB main research interests are:
1. Structural dependence on antiferromagnetic spintronics.
Study of Zn1–xMnxS alloy with x = 0.5 as promising candidate for solar cells and magnetic storage devices taking advantage of the wide-direct band gap and the out-standing magneto-optical Kerr effect.
2. Spin-reorientation transition in ultrathin film of Mn deposited on Ag (001).
3. Magneto optical Kerr effect in ferromagnetic ultrathin films of Fe on noble metals.
4. X-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD) of diluted magnetic semiconductors on Rh (001).
5. PECVD and magnetron deposition sputtering of rare-earths doped silicon nitride Si3N4.
6. Synthesis of nanocrystals of transition metal doped iron pyrite FeS2 for photovoltaic application.
